Working with lar was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. Sherman Oaks but it needed a complete remodel of 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Lar Construction was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home for. After meeting lar for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. Working with lar and his crews was stress-free, of course, we ran into issues while building, but we know it is part of the construction. What was amazing to us is that lar always took responsibility and took care of problems on the spot. This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor. He was very thorough, professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. Everyone I came across was professional and worked well together as a team. I would recommend lar and company to anyone who cares for working with detail-oriented and reliable professionals. Thank you again, guy!

We were searching for someone that can do some major remodeling for our house that was in a need for some serious upgrades and updates. Due to some personal issues, we decided to wait with the major remodeling and to do our kitchen and master bathroom so we moved forward with that goal. Eli came out and quickly figured out what we were looking to do and he was very clear about the time frames and overall costs. Eli was very resourceful with the designs that he did for us and he gave us a great direction when we had doubts about paint colors, type of materials and light fixtures. Eli and his skilled team gave us a range of starting dates because of few pending projects that they had this was more than fine with us. As the starting date for the work got closer, Eli kept us informed about all the materials that they ordered for us and he came over to make sure that they were delivered on time. This was a huge advantage because at the end, this more made the work run smoothly and without any additional delay. The work took a little over 5 weeks (including the installation of a custom made shower glass and mirror that were order. The team was very nice and polite to us while they worked very hard with attention to all details and perfection. They worked from 8 to 5 or even 6 each day and they did their best to not bother the rest of the house. We are very happy with the results of their work! The final price was very fair and it didn’t change at all. The quality of the work is much better than we thought it will be. We would highly recommend Eli and his crew.
LAR Construction & Remodeling has been great company to work with and to hire for my project. I remember that while we were in a search to buy a house, we passed by a home that was in a process of remodeling and we loved what we saw from the outside. We even spoke to the person there (which was the owner of the house) and he said great things about his contractor, so we took from him the number just in case we will need it in the future. We knew that we have to hire this company to come over and to see what we will do for our new house when we buy one. After we purchased our house, we needed to do several improvements and we had strict budget for that in which we thought that it will be the best to call this contractor and to ask him to come over and check out what we want. What we did not know is that someday after purchasing our house and live there for close to a year, we will have unknowingly twist of luck that will require us to have a contractor come over and correct the problems and issues. The copper pipes were no good and exploded after we had a leak and cracking tiles throughout the home at the time of purchase. I wish it would have been under easier circumstances but thank god, we still had the contact information of this contractor. After contacting Gili from LAR Construction & Remodeling, we scheduled a meeting for him to come over and see the problems AND to give us estimate to remodel the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom. Gili and the workers from LAR Construction & Remodeling were on top of things and did a fantastic work in a pretty good timeframe. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! I mean that not many contractors are capable to perform big project such as ours and mainly on time and as agreed. We originally expected from the first contractor that we meet and asked for estimate will be able to at least provide some referrals that can confirm the works that they did. We quickly learned that all contracting companies are not the same. We feel very lucky to have Gili and his team worked at our house. The team and Gili fixed, rebuilt, replaced, improved, painted, hanged, washed, installed and repaired everything we agreed and even more and all of that in order to make our home functional and beautiful again. We cannot express with enough words our gratitude to LAR Construction & Remodeling for such a fine job. Thanks Gili!
